Last weekend we were invited by Attractions Ontario to discover an area of Ontario that we had never explored before: Windsor Essex Pelee Island . This region is located on the southwestern tip of Ontario and encompasses the entire Michigan border region (including the Canadian cities bordering Detroit) all the way to the southernmost part of Canada in the incredible Point Pelee National Park . We did this tour on a cold and very gray weekend and we still fell in love with the region. Below are details of what we’ve done and tips for anyone wanting to explore this beautiful region of Canada.
